Yandex money. After sending a link with a window for entering card data, a window for transferring between Yandex wallets opens instead, why?

On the Yandex Money website, I set up a button for payment, select a bank card. I copy the link with the window for entering card data, send it to the buyer by mail and after some time, following this link, the site offers to transfer money from the Yandex wallet to my wallet, and not enter the card data for payment. Does anyone know why the link changes? Help me please :)

Yandex
apparently knows if the sender has a wallet, or other settings for the country and anonymity

The probable reason is that the payer is authorized in the poison.
