Yandex and google counters why 404 error maybe?

I created a my.js file and added two counters from Google and Yandex metrics there. And here is the problem on the main page for some reason
site.com.ua/www.google-analytics.com/analytics.js Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
site.com.ua/mc. yandex.ru/metrika/watch.js Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
Why does he push the domain before the link? There are no other errors in the console. All other pages are ok.
