How to get accurate app conversion data on Google Play?

Faced an inaccuracy in app statistics in Google Play and Google Analytics.
According to bit.ly statistics (put links to banners), 2100 people go to the game page on Google Play, but at the same time, only 30 transitions are indicated in Google Analytics (Google Play - Sources). Has anyone encountered such a problem? How can I get accurate conversion data in Google Analytics?

Are you sure that the links on the banners are tracked correctly?
The spread is very big.
If I understand correctly, the chain of actions looks like this:
showing a banner -> clicking on the banner and going to the application page -> downloading and installing the application.
In a good way, you should install Google Analytics inside the application itself in order to have data on the last step of the conversion chain.

There is a similar problem:
1) There is an application in google play, google analytics is not integrated in it itself (we use Flurry)
2) We recently set up an analytics account and linked google play console data for this application to it.
We wanted to track the number of page views, traffic sources and conversion to installs. This, as I understand it, does not require the integration of analytics into the application itself.
However, in the end, in almost all tabs there are zeros and only on the "Jump Map" page in the "Traffic Sources - Google Play" subsection there are small numbers (at the level of 10-20). At the same time, the number of application installations is 1000-2000 per day. Obviously something is not working correctly, but I did not find anything about it anywhere.
