How to pull data from Google Analytics in Python?

Good day to all and good mood!
I have never worked seriously and closely with Google Analytics before, I would like to pull data into Python (Pandas for example) using the GA API and then process it myself.
But I did not find any specific examples of how to do this in Python?
Do I need to install any additional library?
Are there resources or articles with detailed steps on how to download this data?
