XXX theme. The site is in the top of Yandex in the region but is not in Google, and links cannot be purchased. What can be done?

Good afternoon.
There is a site sex-zona.com which is in the top of Yandex (in Ufa), but not even in a hundred Google in the region (and usually the opposite happens, in both search engines the site is indexed).
According to Google webmaster, there are no global problems such as a ban. No description - I add (like Google Analytics).
I can’t buy good news links because of the subject matter, but I don’t think it’s worth buying bad news links.
The site is well made.

What can you do with Google? Any tips?
