Website development on free hosting?

Can the development of a site on free hosting and a domain that is closed from indexing through robots.txt from development on a local server affect its further promotion already on a production server?

It won't affect it at all. Here, most likely, the question will arise, is it convenient to develop a site on hosting (provided that node.js, npm\yarn is not installed there), most likely the best way to develop and assemble will still be the locale, which will then quietly switch to combat.

It is better to do everything locally right away by setting up a local web server.
Otherwise, they can simply steal your content and post it somewhere on an unknown site.
And then you will think: "something my site is not visible in search engines, although the content is unique (although it will not be so ..)"?

It’s better to open it on a local network, or buy the right server right away, and then upgrade it, it’s not that much money, rather than then transfer it and configure it there
