Xubuntu 14.04. Why do apps look terrible?

In Xubuntu 14.04, some programs look like this:

Chromium
4de7c2faec444b02bb1f15355b1085d4.jpg
LibreOffice Writer
f881e39041e24b5da1dbea0cbe98d1ef.jpg

How to fix?
UPD
Is it just me or everyone?
UPD2 I solved
the problem with LibreOffice by installing the libreoffice-gtk and libreoffice-gtk3 packages (maybe one is needed).
Chromium looked normal when I set "Use default theme" in settings->look and feel.
Thank you all for your help!

@puzhaenko

I don’t quite understand what exactly the problem is, but Libreoffice needs a package with GTK support (libreoffice-gtk, maybe libreoffice-gtk3).
For Chromium, I have the option to use the GTK + theme (Use GTK + theme), but the current look still looks a little clumsy, because this is not the native GTK, but the new Aura framework.
