Xorg not accepting calibration after update?

Connected tochscreen ( E17SAW6 ) via USB to raspberry, after calibration (xinput_calibrator) it worked correctly, but after I updated my raspbian:

apt-get upgrade
apt-get dist-upgrade

It ignores the calibration, although it remains as it was ( /usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/99-calibration.conf ), the sensor works as originally, before calibration (in the upper right corner, pixels 500x500, as if small screen).
There are no errors in the Xorg log.
Tell me please, what could be the matter?

@Mr_Epic

The problem is that Xorg creates a 40-libinput.conf file that overrides devices with other drivers (Driver "libinput"), and the calibration (in my case) only works with evdev (Driver "evdev"), the settings for evdev are in 10-evdev.conf , i.e. remove 40-libinput.conf from /usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/ and make sure 10-evdev.conf is present
