Xiaomi Redmi note 9. Of the 3 GB of RAM, about 700 MB are available. Why?

Because of the amount of available RAM, many applications slow down. On a desktop without active applications, 700-800 MB is available on average. Question: what could be the reason, is it possible to fight it, and if so, how?

You bought a hlaomi: get ready to fart. It has a billion installed junk from the factory. Get root (w3bsit3-dns.com for help) and start cleaning up junk apps. OSes and critical applications require 1-1.5 GB, so you can squeeze out another 700-1500 megabytes.

if in short, then the system, coupled with applications, has lunch normally, so even on my Xiaomi mi 10 out of 8 only 4 operatives are available, since the operative is much faster than the main memory and the system itself can use it for speed, this is the norm and yes for smart now at least 4-6 gigs but 12 is an excess of 8 now what an ordinary user needs, maybe I'm wrong in something, but my version is most likely correct.
