Hello, is Xiaomi air 13 (Model 2016) suitable for development? I will only raise PHPStorm + some server on it.

Work on 13 inches that's not Retina...
If you're a masochist, then yes.
On it, what kind of blog can you lead. Write on the Toaster.
For development - the screen is small.
