Xen 4 + Linux 3.0 instability

Hi all!
Question to Xen connoisseurs. Faced unstable behavior of Xen 4.1.1 and Linux 3.0.4 kernel.
Sometimes when creating guest domains, the system reboots for no reason.
When copying large files to dom0, it can hang tightly.
The same happens when creating and running guest domains, which consume a lot of resources.
Not all guests that are in /etc/xen/auto/ may boot, or the system may become unresponsive when domains are created.

It's not entirely clear who to suspect either Xen 4, or the latest kernel, or myself :)
Maybe someone has come across this, at least I'll know that I'm not alone in this problem. There may even be a solution to the problem.
As an option, I'm considering switching to Xen 3, but I don't know if it will help and still wants goodies from Xen 4.

I would be grateful for any advice (except for throwing out Xen).
Gentoo system, the kernel is not vanilla, but Gentush. I don’t give logs, it’s unlikely that something useful can be written there when the system suddenly goes into reboot, and I didn’t see anything suspicious there.

Linux 3.0 + xen 4.1/4.0 is only suitable for tests so far: I test such bundles from time to time and there is enough fun there ( here , from the last one ). In production, this case is clearly too early to release.
In production, I have 2.6.32 + 4.0 spinning, more or less stable, but still sometimes you run into some bump.

In this case, it turns out that Xen is nuclear. Try another kernel, without Xen, and install it separately from the repo.

I met similar symptoms but in the 3rd branch, it may help to explicitly allocate memory for the root domain parameter dom0_mem.
