Xamarin Studio fails to navigate to layout. What could be the problem if it gives an error on startup?

Initially, Xamarin asked me to update the Android sdk, but now when I try to open the layout, it throws an error, namely: " Details of errors, along with anonymous installation information, can be sent to Xamarin to help improve Xamarin Studio. Do you wish to send this information ?", which does not carry a semantic load. How can this problem be solved?

Have you tried reinstalling ADK and Xamarin?
