www for domain?

I registered the sample.com domain in Route 53, attached the ns server from cloudflare to the ns domain - everything works fine. Now the question has become - how to register a subdomain www.example.com? I'm trying to add an entry in the hosted-zone of the domain:

Routing policy: "Simple routing"
Record name: www.example.com
Alias: no
Record type: "CNAME – Routes traffic to another domain name and to some AWS resources"
Value: sample.com

When I try to go to www.example.com, I get the error DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN Please

tell me what I need to configure in Route 53 so that I get the www.example.com subdomain

Don't need it in AWS, add it to cloudflare.
