Is it possible to connect API Gateway and VK Callback API?

Decided to try working with AWS.
I have a bot code for a VK group. I found the Lambda service and API Gateway on Amazon, it became interesting whether it is possible to connect VK and API Gateway?
So that VK sends its events via Callback to the API Gateway, to which Lambda functions respond.

Yes. That is exactly how it is done. I also write my bots under telegrams. Just expect that lambda can warm up for a couple of seconds when cold.

And how to get a link on aws to receive callback requests from VK?
As I understand it, there should be a link to the server, but I did not understand where to get it
