WSL2. How to mount a folder under a specific linux user?

Greetings
Is it possible somehow in linux via wsl2 to mount a folder from the Windows partition under a specific linux user? Now in /mnt everything is under my root user and other users cannot change anything there.
Or maybe there is another way to solve this problem?
