Writing to RaspberryPi as a flash drive - is it possible?

Hello.
I have a measuring device that takes measurements and saves a csv file with measurements to a USB flash drive once a day.
I need to connect a RaspberryPi instead of a flash drive and receive a csv file on it.
What is the best way to do this?

And what methods of switching does the device have in general?

@daapp

If the device can save the file to an arbitrary location, and not just to a USB flash drive, then mount the resource from the raspberry pi to this location (via sftp/smb/webdav or another protocol). This can be done even in Windows.
If it does not know how to save to an arbitrary place. That is to find or write a simple program that monitors changes in a file and transfers it to the RPi after a while.
If there is also an option so that the RPi pretends to be a usb-storage device, but it is more complicated, and not the fact that it is more reliable.

parent needs to make position:relative
then button with style

position:relative;
left:10px;
top:20px;

.... be able to move relative to the parent
