wpa_supplicant not working on rpi0w, kali linux, what should i do?

I connect rpi to power, and there are no raspberries in the router panel. I've already tried everything.
wpa_supplicant.conf:

ctrl_interface=DIR=/var/run/wpa_supplicant GROUP=netdev
update_config=1
