Is it possible to register host for the domain in the router settings?

Is it possible to register hosts in the wifi router settings so that when a domain is requested, it goes to the local ip of one of the computers?

Wi-Fi settings have nothing to do with it at all.
On the factory firmware of the router, the name of which you so kindly did not indicate, you will not succeed. Unless you change the DNS to your server, but where did you get your server from. Well, Mikrotik also has it with half a kick. And so flash OpenWRT and do what you want.

192.168.1.1 router OpenWrt localhost
192.168.1.2 debian-server
192.168.1.3 ubuntu-laptop

Found like one more way. Already without a router. On the NS server, register a local IP.

Well, why not give more information, at least what kind of router model is used - again you have to guess.
Well, it all depends on the router, for example, in Mikrotik there is IP-DNS-Static,
then entries like:
www.yandex.ru 192.168.10.10
www.google.com 192.168.10.11
, etc.
