Installed the wp-postratings plugin. In the settings I set "Show Google snippets".
If you display the rating under the heading and that's it, then everything is fine. The schema markup tags are rendered in one instance.
But if you display similar news under the article, and additionally display a rating (stars) for them, then the schema is duplicated due to the cycle, for Google it turns out to be a mess.

Yes, cycles are the problem. They are repeated. It is necessary to study how similar news is displayed under articles. Apparently, they are also given a snippet with a rating. Alternatively, remove the auto-output and insert the rating code manually only in the content output on the main/categories/search/tags (in short, everywhere except the plugin).
