Working with windows in OS X

Win 7 has handy hotkeys Start + Left and Start + Right, which make the window exactly half the screen.

Is there such a thing in OS X?

In general, a lot of things are searched for in the words of OS X windows management, in particular:

There is an open-source project ShiftIt , it is quite convenient to make windows on the top/bottom/right/left half of the screen, center the windows and expand to the full width of the screen. + It is possible to make a window about 1/2 of the height and 1/2 of the width of the screen and drag it along the top right/left, bottom right/left corners. All with comfortable shorts.

In general, there was a free application in the AppStore: TileWindowsLite , which sets hotkeys for: left / right / full screen.
Thanks to all! ;)

I know there is such a function in BetterTouchTool. True, the keys are not assigned there, only by dragging the window.
