At best, if this is a separate PHP class, in which it is enough to pass the file name and path to it, as it was implemented in the GOOGLE DOCS API , but they recently rewrote the authorization, and you need to clean up the dock , but the fact is that I'm not sure that it works 100% in particular with rtf.
Of course, there is a description of the format and you can bungle your own converter, but time is running out.
Maybe someone has already chewed this topic and there is a normal solution, even with the same updated api google dox.
In fact, the main thing is to convert, and there it is already anywhere, even to the database, even back to the file ...
And it would be really great if this class can pull images from rtf.

For such tasks, handwritten writing is always the normal solution. The amount of work is not large. 2D array with matching rtf and html tags + string replace function. Work for a maximum of 4 hours. Why complicate?
