How to install module from Google PageSpeed on Ubuntu 14?

I decided to install a module from Google ( https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/modu... ), I have Ubuntu 14.04 from DigitalOcean. My administration skills are quite low, so I want to ask - is it worth putting it at all, what do you say? And also, I ask for instructions "for a fool" how to do this?
I have not tried to put anything yet, do I think that it is enough to enter the commands:

sudo dpkg -i mod-pagespeed-*.deb
sudo apt-get -f install

Or do you need to first download the links indicated on the page and upload them somewhere?
