Working with new organizations in 1s 8 ZUP?

A new organization is being created in the ZUP database, tell me
1. Do you need a new user for this organization, or can you work under old users?
2. How will work with co-workers continue? Will the entire list of existing employees remain? Or do you need to transfer them to a new organization, or start a new one?
3. What difficulties may arise with the creation of a new organization?
