Why does 1C v7.7 (SQL server) slow down only in one of the Windows user profiles?

Good day everyone!
I ask Dear Khabravchans to help in an unprecedented problem.
When opening a SQL database 1C v7.7 (win xp) at the stage "Establishing a connection to the database server" hangs for 5 minutes instead of the standard 5-10 seconds. 1C Opens with noticeable "hanging" effect. The document log opens for 5 minutes, after changing the date period - it hangs tightly, you have to delete the process.
Peculiarities:

  • bases 1C of DBF/CDX formats open and work normally (!); only SQL databases hang
  • I log in from another computer with my password - everything flies (so it's not the server? ..)
  • on my computer I log in under a different user profile - everything flies (so it's not about the drivers? ..)
  • tried to run a variety of computer cleaning / antiviruses - they worked successfully, but did not help
  • noticed that some services were disabled; what I remembered - turned it on, but I don’t remember everything

Admins suggest, due to the difficulty of identifying the reasons, to create a new profile.
Tell me where to dig while the admins warm up the fire and sharpen knives?

> only SQL databases hang,
apparently a problem with a network connection
> under a different user profile - everything flies
if you have winxp and the users under which you log in are administrators, then compare the following (for a user whose everything flies and for whom everything slows down):
- user processes - are there any unwanted or too active;
- network activity - is the network clogged to its fullest for some unknown reason (some kind of software starts to synchronize something with the server);
- a table of routes (and suddenly ..) - whether the traffic is the same for each user, and whether there were any trojans.
Tips are of course vague, but to say something you need to gather information)
