Working with file sharing and which CMS to use?

I want to make a site where various modifications for games will be placed, and since storing all the files will take up a lot of space, the price for hosting will increase from this, I decided to take file sharing services (Mediafire, DropBox etc). The following questions arose:
1. Which file hosting is better to choose
2. Is it possible to link a site with a file hosting without redirection so that the user is not thrown to the file hosting site and he can get a file from my site.
3. What CMS is better to use for this type of site, or is it better to write such a site from scratch?

1. better to dig hosting options for backups (backup hosting) - there is a lot of space, not fast, but cheap. Like the first backup4e.com that came up in the search with 100 bucks for 9 terabytes a month.
2. Some file hosting services allow such embedding of direct links to files, some - only through their face (i.e. for the first, a user's click on the link will lead to a download, and for the second - to the hosting site, displaying ads, etc.).
3. to taste. It really depends on the structure of the site. If this is a couple of pages, then at least a bare html layout in a notepad, if something big with articles - some kind of wordpress, joomla thread, if there is a lot of complex custom such as accounting, payments, ratings, statistics - saw modules or write all your own.

As for the file hosting service:
I advise YaDisk, since there is 200 rubles per terabyte. Moreover, there is an excellent API with a limit of as much as 40 requests per second. Well, the best part is that you feed him the URL, and he downloads the file himself. without your participation.
