Working with css in Chrome DevTools. Is it possible to use local files (images)?

Hello!
Is it possible in Chrome DevTools to specify local files (pictures, icons, etc.) when editing styles (in inpector-stylesheets)?
Maybe there is some setting, for example, specify a directory on the disk and then go there.
