How to refresh chrome page via console?

Good afternoon.
There is a weak PC, chrome is running on it. A page with mandatory authorization has been opened.
Somewhere every 1-2 hours, the page is unloaded from memory due to its lack.
If you restart your browser, you will need to log in again. And if you refresh the page, then everything is fine, but for this you need to connect a keyboard / mouse.
Connect to PC via SSH only.
Please suggest how to implement page reload using only the console without killing the process. Perhaps somehow you can pass the F5 key to the process, but how?
P.S. There is no way to install a browser extension.

hmm... Chrome DevTools Protocol, though it won't work at all on the head, but you can on:

it's probably easier to install a ready-made chrome plugin (or write it yourself if you don't like something out of the box) from the autorefresh category,
