How to disable event logging in Linux?

Hello, I installed rsyslog to collect logs from network equipment, however, there are local logs from the server in the display, what can be done so that the logs of the local server are written to files, and not to the database, and rsyslog serves only remote network devices?

You write the rules, which logs from which source to save where, put them in /etc/rsyslog.d/
