Does everyone have Chorme bugs on macOS?

Hello everyone
I have an MBP with the latest version of OS/Chrome and have a few issues that are terribly annoying
1) It remembers passwords every other time. Sometimes it doesn't offer to do it at all. Sometimes he forgets. For example, in one private clinic, access is issued once according to the passport to the LC. Safari remembered the first time and still offers to enter, although Chrome is my main browser and here I entered the personal account much more times.
2) Web Inspector. After a time, a hot-key is triggered to select an element. Only if I click on the web inspector area does it work properly
3) Sometimes pinned tabs crash.
Who has seen something similar?

Well, my passwords also don’t always remember and don’t always fill in, I think it depends on the site.

W10 this was not observed, stable - this is the basis of Chrome's work. But setting up a double click in Develope Tools just pisses me off. Even on Core i5 + ssd manages to allocate classes and blocks every other time, pretends to swallow clicks, like lags.
