I want to place my work in an area on the macbook screen, but when transforming the image, it loses quality, in the layers there is a Screen Shape in which I insert my work, is it possible to somehow make the image take the Shape shape and adjust itself or how to do it transformation to get a quality work?

you need to go to the "Change this" smart object (double click on the icon to the left of the layer name), in the opened smart object put your picture, save it, return to the original document and voila. This is called a mockup.
