Hello!
I made a pop-up window on the site that encourages you to ask a question, while the site has a button Ask a question - it is in the header. The metric does not show that someone clicks on this button at all.
Should I leave her, does she interfere? There is also an idea to make a sticky menu, and put a button there Ask a question

Not worth it. Various pop-up windows "Call", "Buy", "Subscribe", etc. zhuuut pissed off. You don't have to do this with your clients.

It’s worth it, but not with the text “Buy now, because SHARES -99% ends in 10 minutes and you will lose another set of kitchen knives and a toothpick as a gift. Buy, order, pay” ...
Write something like this: “U Do you have a question? Write it here and we will quickly help you figure it out." That is, offer value, not loss of money.
