Working with a huge number of proxies?
I ran into a problem that I need 100,000 - 1,000,000 new proxies, every day, for a day.
Who worked with such volumes, how did you solve this problem?
1st problem - it turns out to be insanely expensive
2nd problem - they are not sold in such quantities, in places known to me

In general, everything was decided so that I installed a separate server for routing, I got personal proxies of ipv6 subnets with the /32 prefix at a cost of a little more than 0.3 rubles / day.
Thanks, no longer relevant.
Why not immediately 10 million every day?

Something is 100% wrong with the task statement.
If you are not Chinese bots that scan everything around the clock, then you hardly need so much.
In the best case, IPs cost $1-2, and no one will give more than a few dozen in one hand.
There isn't that many just hanging around.
In large DCs, sometimes you have to catch until at least some free ones appear.
