Work searches. python/go/php?

Anticipating the indignation of many, saying that such questions were asked more than once, I will say that I have read more than a dozen of them and I still have ambiguities, for the resolution of which I came here. The situation is such that in half a year - a year I want to change my field of activity (retoucher) to programming. There are many reasons for this, but it doesn't matter. I'm 24 if that matters. I started to learn html css, I completely mastered the syntax, did the layout, and then more and more often I began to notice posts from the series "web-school developers", "imposition designers' obsession", etc. After reading the material on this topic, I realized that yes, now there are a huge number of people applying for the position of layout designers and front-end juniors, and even considering that I live in Moscow and there seem to be vacancies, I would not want to deal with layout and compete with them . I began to dig, try languages, and I really liked python. But, as soon as I went a little deeper, I again began to meet a bunch of material that the entry threshold is high, you just can’t become a junior (and juniors are not really needed, as I understand it, everyone wants middles) and there are not as many vacancies as they wanted (I monitor vacancies for hh more than one month), i.e. obviously not PHP level. As I understand it, the situation is the same with GO. Despite their prospects, the market is still not very good. So it turns out that I either sit and wait for this wonderful job, where I still need a junior with no experience, or spit and go to php. The question is, did I understand everything correctly, or is the situation different in reality and is the game worth the candle at all? Separately, I ask you not to delete my question, because this happened and I sincerely see no reason for this, I really searched for information both in Google and on this resource, there are a lot of opinions and even the golden mean cannot be found. There were a lot of similar questions a year or more ago, now the situation with vacancies is somewhat different.

TL;DR
finding a job does not depend on

  • number of vacancies
  • competition
  • the prospects of the language

I would not flatter myself about easy employment in php.
The language is easy to learn and get started, but this only goes to show that employers are making more serious demands on juniors.

Why sit and wait? Write a weekend project in each of those languages that you like, put it on github and add it to your resume. Send your resume to everyone, indicate in it that they say I write in python / go / php, there is no commercial experience, here is a github. Everyone will understand the level. For the first job, take what they give, you will need to get used to the realities of commercial development a little, but then you will already choose among the offers.
Well, yes, if I were you, I would put pressure on PHP, but I would leave Go until better times, it is fashionable, but niche.

If you are talking about really cool work, then this one appears in open sources extremely rarely.
They prefer to find people for serious jobs by acquaintances, by old memory (by previous jobs), and by recommendations.
I work on Go in Siberia. In a small provincial town.
Full of work.
For several years already.
But. In vacancies throughout Siberia, it’s good if there are two dozen ads at the same time on Go.
PS:
I've been a junior for 15 years, I have different conditions.
They are waiting for me, asking me, luring me...
As for the junior: I draw your
attention - we need pros.
Beginners may not even earn their own food.
To become a pro - you need to develop yourself for many years.
To make it interesting, so as not to turn off the path -
you need to choose a specialization that is personally interesting to you.
