Work in Russia with a foreign diploma?

In three months, I will graduate with a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from one of the universities in Australia and return to Russia.
My skills and abilities are knowledge of higher mathematics, building and analyzing statistical models using R (hypothesis testing ..), knowledge of Java, C++, web development basics (php, javascript, html), database knowledge (writing queries sql, database design), knowledge of English advanced.
How do employers look at potential employees with a foreign diploma? Is a "certificate" required that the diploma is confirmed in Russia? Where and by whom can one go to work with such a set of knowledge?
Or is it worth getting a Russian diploma? My exam is still valid, I have time to enter the first year ..
Thanks in advance for the advice
UPD Many are not familiar with the Western education system. I am worried about the lack of fundamental theoretical knowledge, since my diploma is only 3 years of fragmentary applied knowledge, neither writing term papers nor thesis. I tend to get a normal education. But everything is debatable, what is a normal education and so on.

With so much knowledge, I don't think you need to worry.

Nobody needs your crusts, neither Russian nor English. All you need is knowledge and experience.

I think in many companies, on the contrary, they will perceive it as a plus. In our universities, the learning process, unfortunately, is very often uncontrolled, there is trust only in a very small list.
developer (java/c++), at least the early years. If there is no desire to write code, the situation becomes more complicated at times.

Yes, like in Russia they don’t look at a diploma
