The diary and what is missing?

Good day. I thought about the topic of the diploma and decided to take a diary. I would like to make it more useful, perhaps add something new, and remove something altogether.
Have you used diaries? And if so, what can you suggest for improvement?

For me, the diary or its analogues will become really relevant when we can fully use AR technologies. I want to... uh... fill up the workspace with hanging windows with reminders, synchronization and an easy way to enter / edit information.
Why not paper or on a phone/computer?
Paper has many disadvantages. You need a pen, it takes a long time to write, it’s not always convenient, you can’t take it with you everywhere because of the size of the diary, you can forget the diary, the notes can get lost among others, or you can also forget about them further, further, further.
Electronic? The problems are generally the same. It is even more difficult to write on the phone, the diary may not be visible and entries may be lost and forgotten among others. The phone may simply not have a quick response, which will be annoying when accessing the diary + all sorts of flaws in the interface and data synchronization.
Now I have a very small diary in my bag, but it's just in case (okay, just like that).
On the phone, I sometimes write down notes in notes, but I often forget about them, tk. on the second screen and all do not fit.
How to improve this whole thing? And xs) He voiced examples of problems, and then let smart people come up with them)
