Wordpress: how to fix errors after moving to a new domain?

Good hour. What was done:

1. Transferred all files via FTP to a location linked to the new domain
   
2. In PHPMyAdmin, I replaced all the addresses of the old domain with the new one

по ФТП перенес все файлы

, а АРХИВ файлов распаковать средствами файлового менеджера в панельке хостинга, как правило, все права выставятся правильные.
видать, чудный хостинг у тебя - или старый или новый

The problem is most likely not in the paths, but in the rights to the files.
What rights should be set depends on the file system settings of the new hosting.
Most often, you need to set the flag of the executable file to all *.php scripts.
This can be done:
1) through the console

cd /homepages/23/d546810525/htdocs/reichrudel.com/wp-content/plugins/; find . -iname "*.php" | xargs chmod +x

2) through the file manager - depending on the one you use, add permission to execute ("executable" or something like that) in the properties of all php files

Try duplicator plugin to transfer wordpress site to new domain
