Wordpress duplicate product in the cart, how to solve?

I have a problem, Woocommerce is on WP. If after the order go to any page, the number of ordered units increases by 1.
Has anyone encountered such a problem? How to decide?

Nothing can be said without a real example. Telepaths on vacation. But, if you think about it, perhaps the handler for adding an item to the cart is hung up not only on the "Add to cart" button, but also on other links. Maybe the tag <a>is not closed.
