on any WordPress site, bots that usually subscribe with @hotmail - who are they? What do they need? ))

These are bots.
They want to: break, seize, penetrate, advertise. Change you. Take over your account. Take over your life.
Rare bots want to take over your account (number) in order to replenish your balance. Very rare angel bots. They say they exist, but no one has seen them.
