Withdrawing money from Payoneer in Poland?

Hello everyone
What is the best way to pay with Payoneer in Poland?
In Ukraine, it was possible to withdraw money to a local bank with a lower commission. Who knows how things are in Poland with this? Should I get any Polish card or pay with Payoneer everywhere?

It is possible to withdraw funds to a Polish bank account, in local currency. Transfer fee - 2% of the amount.

consider commissions, it may be easier to withdraw directly to the bank and then local, in the same place, I suppose, and not a dollar yet

It is obvious that in Poland and Ukraine it is most profitable to simply pay with a card, the withdrawal to the account there is simply extortionate
