Withdrawing money from Freelancer.com due to Wire transfer cancellation?

Faced a problem with withdrawing money from Freelancer.com after blocking Wire Transfer for Russia. Now only Express Withdraw has no alternative, but it simply does not work for Russia (or at least Tinkoff). At least this applies to the withdrawal of funds to a ruble current account.
Has anyone else encountered such a problem? Or maybe there is someone who works with Express Withdraw?

Express withdrawal to INDIVIDUAL ENTREPRENEUR does not work. Choose this category, enter the account details and checkpoint 000000000 (9 zeros).

- the money will come to your personal account if you used it for express withdrawal before.
- I don’t know where the money will go, if this is your first account and first withdrawal, there is no such experience.
I have tickets about this in support, screenshots confirm the receipt of money to a personal account.
Nothing comes to the IP account (entered later than personal). I tried the ruble account of IP Tochka Bank, Tinkoff, the same way.
Rubles go to the first verified account stored by the Freelancer.com system.

I work as an individual entrepreneur with customers from Canada, the Dominican Republic and Ukraine on a completely white basis. The account is opened at Tochka. Payment is invoiced in both directions, I attach an agreement for currency control, the rest is done by bank employees and there are no problems
