I would like to buy someone else's time and direct my efforts to where they are really needed now (management and development together with a freelance programmer). The problem is that I need a specialist for relatively (for MSC) modest money (30-50). Such a person who not only read other people's marketing blogs every day, but also had sales experience (preferably) + a stack of books read on marketing theory and works on the topic of people's behavior under various incentives (a huge topic).
A person should rummage through social media, and know guerrilla marketing like our father.
In general, is it really possible to find such people in the Russian-speaking segment of the Internet? (all CIS countries) And if so, where and on what exchanges?
Of course, I outlined the maximum for such a salary, and therefore concessions are acceptable.

There is another option for a talented beginner marketer, but in order to isolate him from the general mass, you, at a minimum, need to be a high-level marketer yourself.
