How to organize the work of a freelancer?

I am a freelancer, and I work in many areas - for example, translations, programming, and much more. The question arose of how to "record" all this so as not to forget what, when, how and for how much.
Actually, I started by buying 1C Money for 400 rubles - it's just 1C accounting for the home. There I began to take into account my finances (home), and (for lack of a better tool) - the stock market (the thought does not leave me that there is something cooler for it), cryptocurrencies (here the problem is that the rate is not automatically updated, and eight decimal places are not allowed) and your freelance. There are already problems in freelancing that it is difficult, or even impossible, to start a bunch of clients, projects, etc. in such a simple program.
Well, I looked at the programs for working with projects (for example, I raised Redmine on the virtual machine, played around with Yandex.Tracker), and eventually settled on Google Keep. She really has one drawback - she does not allow you to set tasks immediately labels in the Google calendar. There is also Google Tasks, he seems to be able, but somehow he didn’t enter (maybe you need to look again). In addition, the first problem has already arisen - let's say I started a task, completed it, crossed it off the list, and now I myself need to enter the money into 1C, there is no integration.
Now, here I am engaged in translations. For translations, a translation memory is desirable, and many more things that are in CAT systems. Again, I found smartcat.ai, which seems to suit, but again, I transferred something there, and the money was manually in 1C. And the text from there must be copied and sent to the customer. Also manually. No, of course you can call each customer in smartcat, but they won’t go.
I also sometimes write various articles. Quite often the thought arises that "somewhere I have already seen this." I would like some kind of repository of documents of different formats with the ability to search. While I'm looking for built-in Windows tools, but this is not it. For example, it does not search by formulas (although someone generally searches by formulas?). Of course, you can do everything in TeX, but they require it in Word. Again, there is 1C: Document Management, and there seems to be even a task tracker,
And as far as 1C:Money itself is concerned, yes, it is too simple to account for. For the house - it will do, but for everything that I wrote above - it's already not enough. There is, of course, the usual 1C, such as "managing our company", but is everything different there? There you need to know the chart of accounts, there is a warehouse (what kind of warehouse do I have?!), production and all that. It will be necessary to completely retrain, and nowhere is it written about the use of this bookkeeping for freelancing.
But you might want a lot more - a pomodoro timer, a kanban board, and you never know what. So that ISSUES from the github are immediately written to the tracker I use.
In general, the question is - what to do? Is there really no such tool for integrating all this, and you either have to pay a lot of money to someone to put it all together, or continue to do it all manually?

You won't find the answer here. You have tried a lot of things yourself, so that we could tell you something more significant. Just throw more options, and they already have a car.
For me personally, it turned out that the most stiff option works:
Time tracking didn't work at all.
Yes, it seems rotten, boring and does not answer the question. But for myself, I accepted that the main thing is to fill everything in the tools with high quality, and not hope for a miracle of form, auto-substitution, and so on. And it is precisely this understanding that freelance partners lack. They are always inventing bicycles and getting confused in them themselves, because they do not fully understand how it works.

in short, the whole sheet about the fact that 1C cannot afford the price tag (option: horse, option: overpriced)?
tools in 2019 for all cases, even almost everything free can be found,
"all in one" - no and never will be - unsupported
synchronize everything through the API in any language, for example, Python - API is EVERYWHERE, everyone and everyone
formulate functionality and tasks and ask for advice - software will be prompted here

For the money, I would recommend the simplest application for the phone coinceeper.
Shareware, I then bought a subscription for 1k rubles for life. It's more comfortable with her.
Yes, you have to enter everything manually. But it is so simple and convenient that at the end to write down where the money came from the project, it is not difficult, and much faster than another half a year to look for the right tool
