Withdrawing funds from Google Play?

Hello! I read the full Google Play agreement for developers, it seems like a lot is clear, except for one point. Tell me who knows: let's say I uploaded my digital product on September 5, its price is 100 rubles. When are funds for sales accrued, on what dates (if anyone knows from Steam and the App Store, also write)? Maybe I'm blind, but I did not find anything in the document about this. And also, if 100 people purchased my product before the end of September. What amount will be credited? 10,000 rubles or 7? That is, do I immediately receive the amount with the deduction of interest, or is 30% debited upon withdrawal?
Many thanks in advance for your replies. The topic is old, but there they constantly change something.

In-App buying and selling apps on Google Play.
It's easier to manage through price templates (Then just select it for the desired product)
go to the Google Play Console https://play.google.com/apps/publish/
On the left in the
Settings Menu - Price Templates
Click on the new template.
Enter your 100 rubles in the PRICE field
. Your price is used to calculate prices in other countries. It will also be shown for countries that do not pay in local currency.
Next, you can choose whether users will pay local taxes themselves or you will receive income
by this amount less so that the price in local currency is beautiful or does not exceed the psychological bar.
You set the price on September 5 - in local currencies it was fixed at the rates for that date.
Where settlements are made through conversion into dollars, the price will remain dynamic. Those. 100 rubles at the exchange rate for the current date when they want to make a purchase will be converted into dollars and shown to the client.
In fact, 100 rubles is only for Russia.
The price in the header is only for initializing the entire list. Then you can increase or decrease for each country.
When they still bought from you, then the tugriks (manats, rubles, etc.) are converted into dollars at the current rate.
Your developer account is credited with the dollar amount of your purchase. 30% of site fees are debited.
Now about returns. Purchases are cancelled. Up to 48 hours this is done in an elementary way. Up to 14 days via support
playing. You can return it yourself at the user's request.
Play imposes an obligation on you to resolve such requests within 72 hours.
And so the first number came.
You see the amount to the bank transfer, which you will receive in 16-18 days.
Payments once a month.
