Withdraw funds from PayPal to a bank account?

Good night, colleagues.
Do you know a bank that can open a transit account in the US to withdraw money from a PayPal account? Don't offer Payoneer as an alternative because of the predatory pricing policy.

What does transit mean? They seem to be able to withdraw to any account. In any case, the other day I was transferred without any problems to a checking account from a paypal in a wells fargo bank.

Transit accounts in correspondent banks, as a rule, are available in all banks, the only problem is that they cannot be attached to paypal.
