Wireguard and port forwarding?

Good afternoon. I'm new to networks, but I took up the challenge. I would like to apologize for the perhaps poorly explained essence of the problem.
It is necessary to install hyper-v on Windows Server 2016 and install linux ubuntu and set up a VPN WireGuard server on this OS (I made the settings according to the manual and it seems to be how everything should work), when I connect on the WireGuard client side (Android and Windows), the connection goes on, but traffic statistics says ACCEPTED: 0B, Transferred 1.16KiB, that is, the client does not have Internet. There is a MikroTik RB951G-2HnD router and it connects via LAN port to the computer on which I am trying to deploy a VPN WireGuard server (local IP). Do I need to open a port on MikroTik or is this not the problem?
Sorry for stupid questions, advise how to be, where to dig?

1. Check the routing that it goes to the VPN.
2. Configure Firewall on Ubuntu.
3. Check packet routing on the leg after Ubuntu
