Fedora or Centos?

Good afternoon, tell me what to put on a laptop?
Fedora or Centos? why I stopped at these two, the fact is that I want to use an OS that is closely related to Redhat, and I think putting Refhat on a laptop is overkill.
I'm leaning towards Fedora because new packages appear faster there.
ps: or install kali linux? (deb), because from time to time you have to use the tools that are in kali/

Fedora of course, CentOS is less desktop friendly and older

@opium

it is logical to install fedora since centos is not focused on supporting desktop hardware

Are you sure that you need Linux on a laptop as a working OS?
Usually people use the OS they are used to, and to perform some actions they use virtual machines (and then from these - centos).

Although I have already got used to CentOS on my workstation in 4 months, I recommend Fedora to you, you will find less hemorrhoids.
