Why is there no x64 selection in virtual box?

Hello masters. Can you please tell me why when I try to install ubuntu in a virtual box, there is no choice to install a 64-bit system?
I have a laptop, 64 bit intel core i7, 8 GB of RAM.
I chose 32 first, then I tried to install image 64, but I got an error. Who has experienced this? I have windows 10
I would be very grateful for the help

Either hardware virtualization is not enabled in the BIOS (VTx, AMD-V), or the type of guest OS was not selected when creating the virtual machine.

  1. Enable hardware virtualization if supported by the processor
