There is a terminal server without AD .
How to massively (for all users at once) change the file association so that everyone, for example, PDF opens through Adobe Reader, and not through Adobe Acrobat?

1. change the associations for the .pdf of the entire server to the desired program:
- through the registry (HKCR) or
- (cmd from under the administrator) assoc, ftype
2. for each user in "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FileExts\ .pdf" delete the UserChoice section
(saves from those who managed to choose how to open .pdf files with pens)
