How to fix reboot loop after WIndows Server 2012/Hyperv 2012 upgrade?

Good afternoon.
On Hyper-v 2012, they put a bunch of updates at the same time.
Now a cyclic reboot, without the ability to get into safe mode, but with the ability to get into recovery and to the command line.
What are the ways out of the situation? Thanks
UPD. Renaming Pending.xml doesn't help

Have you tried rolling back to the last checkpoint?
Does safe mode work?
If so, uninstall the latest updates.
You can also boot from ERD and see the installed updates there and then remove them from the command line using the commands indicated above

I'll throw it here, because it saved me several times:
On the command line:
Find the failed package, then:
Then:
Exit, EXIT, restart the computer. And in 99% our problem is solved.
But there are exceptions. Then only reinstallation of the system helped.

There was a cyclic reboot, windows server 2012, stage 2 of 4 and a reboot, the
dism /image:c:\ /cleanup-image /revertpendingactions command helped
