Hyper-v won't turn on?

But there is no hyper-v item.
I have a ryzen 5 3600 + 16 gb ram
In the bios, I enabled hardware acceleration
cmd -> systeminfo shows yes everywhere in hyper-v

what difference does it make what computer you have? we are talking about Windows components, obviously you do not have Windows 10 pro

I have win10home, tried to install wsl ubuntu 20.04. It gave an error (0x80370102). I did as it says. Hyper-V appeared in the components and ubunta was installed without problems.
